Authentication and Access

"Invalid or expired token"

  1. Sign out from the account menu.
  2. Sign back in at /login.
  3. Refresh the page once after login.
  4. If still present, clear local storage for the app origin and retry.

Platform Settings tab says access is restricted

Only users with isSuperAdmin=true can access /settings/platform. Use /settings/company for company-level settings.

Brand and Campaigns

AI planning output is weak or generic

  • Confirm /brand-identity is complete.
  • Save brand changes before generating campaign plans.
  • Add explicit audience + goals in campaign details before running plan generation.

Campaign changes are not saved

In /campaigns, use Save changes in the selected campaign workspace after edits.

Posts and Publishing

Social auto-posting is not available

Manual Copy & Post is the current production default. Direct social API posting is tracked at Issue #210.

Scheduled post failed

  • Verify selected platforms are still connected.
  • Check content length/media constraints by platform.
  • Re-open and re-save the draft, then reschedule.

Media and Imports

URL import fails in Media Library

  • Confirm the URL is publicly accessible.
  • Confirm file extension is supported by your target workflow.

Need direct browser upload to media

Full direct upload flow (presigned URL + finalize) is tracked at Issue #209.

Bulk import is not writing data to backend

Current bulk import is parser/validation-first. Backend ingestion pipeline is tracked at Issue #207.

Reports

Cannot select custom report day/cadence

Current report cadence options are Manual, Weekly, and Monthly. Custom scheduling controls are tracked at Issue #208.
