The TendSocial Media Library is your central hub for managing images, videos, and other assets for your social media posts.

1. Asset Management
- Upload: Drag and drop files or use the file picker. Supports multi-file uploads.
- Import: Import assets directly from URLs.
- Folders: Organize assets into nested folders.
- Tags: Tag assets for easy filtering and retrieval.
- Search: Quickly find assets by name or tag.
2. Platform Validation
Before you schedule a post, TendSocial validates your assets against platform-specific constraints (e.g., aspect ratios, file sizes, duration).
- Badges: Assets display validation badges indicating which platforms they are compatible with.
- Warnings: Detailed error messages explain why an asset might be rejected by a specific platform (e.g., "Image aspect ratio 1:1 is required for Instagram").
3. AI-Powered Tagging
TendSocial uses Google Cloud Vision AI to automatically analyze your images.
- Auto-Tagging: Images are automatically tagged with relevant labels (e.g., "Nature", "Office", "Laptop").
- Dominant Colors: The system extracts the dominant colors from your images.
- Safe Search: Content is checked for safety compliance.
4. Optimization
- Image Optimization: Uploaded images are automatically optimized and converted to WebP format for faster loading and better performance.
How to Use
Uploading Assets
- Navigate to the Media Library.
- Click Upload or drag files onto the screen.
- Select a target folder (optional) and add initial tags.
- Click Upload to start.
Using Assets in Posts
- In the Post Composer, click Add Media.
- The Asset Picker will open.
- Select one or more assets.
- The picker will show you which assets are compatible with your selected platforms.
- Click Add Selected to attach them to your post.
