Billing & Subscription
Manage your TendSocial subscription plan and payment methods.
Viewing Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Company > Billing
- View your current plan and usage
You'll see:
- Current plan name (Starter, Professional, etc.)
- Billing period (monthly/yearly)
- Next billing date
- Current usage vs. limits
Upgrading Your Plan
- Click Upgrade Plan in the billing section
- Choose your new plan
- Complete payment via secure checkout
- New features activate immediately
Managing Payment
Click Manage Billing to:
- Update credit card
- View invoices
- Download receipts
- Cancel subscription
Plan Limits
Each plan includes:
- Team members: Number of users
- AI generations: Monthly AI content limit
- Social accounts: Connected platforms
- Storage: Media library space
When you approach a limit, you'll see a warning. Upgrade to increase limits.
Cancellation
- Go to Settings > Company > Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- Select Cancel Subscription
Your account remains active until the end of your billing period.

Q: When am I charged? A: Monthly plans bill on your signup anniversary date.
Q: Can I switch to yearly? A: Yes! Switch for 2 months free (save ~17%).
Q: What happens when I cancel? A: Access continues until period ends, then converts to free tier.
