Team Integrations
Keep your team in the loop by sending TendSocial notifications directly to your team collaboration platforms.
Supported Platforms

Connecting an Integration
- Navigate to Company Settings > Integrations
- Find the platform you want to connect
- Click Connect
- For Slack/Discord: Authorize in the popup
- For Teams: Paste your Incoming Webhook URL
Configuring Notifications
After connecting, click the Settings (gear) icon to configure which notifications go where:
| Notification Type | Description |
|---|---|
| New Comments | When someone comments on your posts |
| Direct Messages | New DMs in your inbox |
| Mentions | When your brand is mentioned |
| Approval Requests | Content awaiting approval |
| Post Published | Confirmation when posts go live |
| Post Failures | When scheduled posts fail |
Disconnecting
To remove an integration:
- Go to Company Settings > Integrations
- Click the trash icon next to the connection
- Confirm the disconnection
NOTE
Disconnecting removes all notification settings for that integration.
