Queue Editor Tabs
Settings Tab
Configure basic queue properties:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Queue Name | Descriptive name (e.g., "Daily Tips", "Weekly Promo") |
| Description | What this queue is for |
| Active Status | Toggle to pause/resume publishing |

Shuffle Content
When enabled, posts are selected randomly from the queue rather than in order. Great for evergreen content libraries.
Evergreen Recycling
When enabled, posts automatically return to the end of the queue after publishing. Perfect for:
- Recurring tips or quotes
- Promotional content you want to repeat
- Educational series that cycle
Schedule Tab
Define when posts should be published:
- Select days of the week
- Add time slots for each day
- Posts will publish at the next available slot
TIP
Use your Best Times to Post data from Analytics to set optimal time slots.
Items Tab
Manage queue content:
- View all posts currently in the queue
- Add Post: Add new content to the queue
- Shuffle: Randomize current order
- Remove: Delete posts from the queue
- Reorder: Drag and drop to change order
Creating a Queue
- Go to Queues → Create New Queue
- Enter a name and description
- Configure settings (shuffle, evergreen)
- Set up your schedule with time slots
- Add content to the queue
- Click Save Queue
Pausing a Queue
Toggle Active Status off in Settings to pause publishing. Content remains in the queue but won't post until you reactivate.
Best Practices
- Create separate queues by content type — Tips queue, Promo queue, etc.
- Use Best Times data — Schedule slots when your audience is most active
- Enable Evergreen for timeless content — Maximize content lifespan
- Review regularly — Remove outdated content from evergreen queues
