Review Access
Allow external clients or stakeholders to review and approve content without a full account.
What is Review Access?
Review Access creates a special link that lets people outside your team:
- View scheduled content
- Leave comments
- Approve or request changes
- No account or login required

Creating a Review Link
- Go to a campaign or scheduled post
- Click Share for Review
- Configure options:
- Expiration date
- Allow comments
- Require approval
- Copy the generated link
Review Link Options

| Comments | Allow reviewer to add feedback |

Reviewer Experience
When someone opens your review link:
- They see the content preview
- Can view on different device sizes
- Leave comments on specific items
- Click Approve or Request Changes
- You're notified of their response
Managing Review Links
View all active review links at Settings > Review Access:
- See who accessed the link
- View responses and comments
- Revoke access if needed
- Resend links
Notifications
When a reviewer:
- Approves: You're notified and content status updates
- Requests Changes: You receive their feedback
- Comments: Appears in your inbox
Security
- Links contain random tokens (unguessable)
- IP logging for audit trail
- Expire automatically
- Revocable at any time
