Getting Started
This guide reflects the current production UI and route structure.
1. Sign In and Confirm Access
- Open the app and sign in with Google at
/login. - Confirm you land in the protected app shell.
- If your account is new, complete Brand Identity before relying on AI planning.
2. Complete Brand Identity First
Go to /brand-identity and save:
- Company/brand name
- Voice/tone baseline
- Target audience notes
- Core messaging and brand context
Campaign planning and content generation quality depends on this profile.
3. Create Your First Campaign
Go to /campaigns.
- Use New Campaign for manual setup, or
- Use Auto-Plan with AI to generate initial campaign structure.
In the selected campaign workspace, use:
- Details: goal, dates, status/type, audience/message context
- Planning: AI planning chat
- Content: campaign-linked drafts
- Performance: campaign metrics
4. Plan and Adjust in Calendar
Go to /calendar to:
- View scheduled items
- Drag and drop to reschedule
- Verify spacing and conflicts before publishing
5. Produce Content
Posts (/posts)
- Draft and schedule posts per platform
- Use Copy & Post for manual publishing (default production workflow)
- Save updates with Update Draft
Blog (/blog)
- Draft/edit long-form posts
- Publish from the blog workflow when destination config is ready
Video Scripts (/video-studio)
- Generate and iterate script concepts
- Store scripts for campaign use
Media (/media)
- Manage asset metadata and URL imports
- Full browser direct upload parity is tracked: Issue #209
Bulk Import (/bulk-import)
- Current UI provides CSV parsing/validation workflow
- Full backend ingestion pipeline is tracked: Issue #207
6. Operational Workflows
- Queues (
/queues): reusable schedule slots and queue behavior - Approvals (
/approvals): approve/request changes on pending items - Inbox (
/inbox): communication and response management

Production Defaults and Future Work
- Manual social posting remains the default while platform approvals are pending.
- Direct social auto-publish rollout is tracked at Issue #210.
- Reports currently support Manual/Weekly/Monthly cadence; custom schedule controls are tracked at Issue #208.
