Paid plans may auto-renew. You may cancel anytime. No refunds unless legally required.
6. Service Availability
We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with third-party platforms.
7. Third-Party Integrations
If you connect external platforms, you must comply with their terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform software and branding belong to TendSocial LLC or our licensors.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or non-payment.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months or $100.
12. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
