- Profile Information: Business details, brand identity information, profile photos

- Support Communications: Messages you send to our support team

1.3 Information from Third-Party Platforms
When you connect your social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, or Google Business Profile), we receive information authorized by those platforms, including:
- Account Information: Profile name, username, profile picture, account ID
- Page/Business Information: Names and IDs of Pages, business accounts, or channels you manage
- Content Performance: Engagement metrics, reach, impressions, and analytics for content you post through our Service
- Permissions: Access tokens that allow us to post content and retrieve analytics on your behalf
We only access information necessary to provide the services you request. We do not access private messages, personal timelines, or data from accounts you do not explicitly connect.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to you. After account deletion, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).
Retention periods:
- Account data: Retained while account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
- Usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months
- Payment records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations
5. How to Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. To request deletion:
- In-App: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Email: Send a request to privacy@tendsocial.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
- Data Deletion Callback: If you connected your account via Facebook/Instagram, you can also request deletion through Facebook's settings. We will process these requests automatically.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will:
- Delete your account and personal data within 30 days
- Remove your data from connected social platforms to the extent technically possible
- Provide confirmation once deletion is complete
Note: Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

14. Platform-Specific Disclosures
Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
When you connect your Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, or Threads account to TendSocial:
Data We Access:
- Page/account names, IDs, and profile pictures
- Page access tokens for publishing content
- Post performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions)
- List of Pages and accounts you manage
How We Use This Data:
- To publish posts, images, and videos you create to your connected accounts
- To retrieve and display analytics for your published content
- To show you which accounts are connected
Data Storage:
- Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted
- Performance data is stored to provide historical analytics
Data Deletion:
- When you disconnect an account or delete your TendSocial account, we delete the associated tokens and data
- You can also request deletion through Facebook's Data Deletion Request callback
